Acorn Paper Products Co. one of the largest independent paper and packaging companies in the Western United States has challenged all of its customers this holiday season to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.
Beginning Nov 12, Acorn Paper Products Co. will provide boxes to collect canned food and toys this holiday season to all of Acorn Paper's customers, as well as community members who request to participate. The first in the series of two challenges will be to collect at least 400lbs of canned food to be donated to the LA Regional Food Bank, and the second part of the challenge is to fill at least 10 boxes of toys to donate to Cedars-Sinai's Maxine Dunitz Children's Health Center. Acorn Paper will be tracking the individual efforts of each participant company on their Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages each week so that the entire community can monitor the progress. A lunch catered by Factor's Deli for up to 40 people will be provided to the company who fills up the highest number of boxes during the 2013 Acorn Holiday Challenge
